Campaign scheduled, split tests HAVE been sent, Final email NOT sent

Less than a minute

In this case do NOT reschedule your campaign from Phrasee this will resend the split tests, duplicating the email to those users in the split test group.

  1. Is the final email in the Tracking folder? (There is a 15 minute window to be able to cancel the final send) The final email is created 15 mins before the scheduled send time in the user-initiated email folder and scheduled to be sent in 15 minutes. The email must be cancelled in this 15 minute window.
    1. If YES cancel the campaign using Saleforce method:
      1. Click Tracking
      2. Click Sends
      3. Click on the email (The status of the email should be “scheduled”
      4. Click on Cancel send or Pause send
    2. If NO then wait for it to become available in the folder and follow step 1 above.
  2. If you want to send the final email with changes or at a different time.
    1. Manually send the email from Salesforce Marketing Cloud in the following way.
      1. Create a new user-initiated email and contact Phrasee support for the correct data extension to send this email too. (This is important because if you send the email to the data extension you selected when scheduling the campaign all the subscribers in the split test group will receive the email again.
