Should there be any errors in the scheduling of the emails “pushed” from Phrasee to Acoustic Campaign, or if you selected the wrong date or time for delivery, the following steps need to be followed to cancel all your scheduled emails.
- Login to your Acoustic Campaign account and unscheduled all the emails that Phrasee created from the “Content” – “Scheduled” folder.
- NB! make sure that you have selected “Show everyone’s”
- If there was an error please contact Phrasee Support.
- If any of the scheduling settings were incorrect, click on “Edit and resubmit” this will take you back to the scheduling, allow you to make changes and push the campaigns to Acoustic Campaign again. This restarts the workflow as described above in scheduling. NB! You will still need to delete the previously incorrectly scheduled campaigns manually in Acoustic Campaign. Phrasee cannot reschedule or delete scheduled campaigns in WCA.
