In order to use the Phrasee – Acoustic Campaign integration app we need you to set up a user and application access for Phrasee. This is done as described below. These settings are all in the Acoustic Campaign platform.
Setup a user for the application to be associated with and to assign the security rights listed below to that user. This user is specifically not given rights to your data and only needs limited access to functions in Acoustic Campaign so Phrasee never has access to personal information.
The username should be <companyname>IBM@phrasee.co. This email address will be provided to you by Phrasee when you are on-boarded.
Phrasee needs “Application Account Access” which is setup from the “Settings” – “Organization Settings” menu. When you select add application you should get the following screen. You can name the app “Phrasee Integration” and give it a description. The naming here is not critical.
Once you click add you will be given a set of security keys. You will need to send these keys to us. Once added you should see the application listed in Acoustic Campaign.
Now you will have to associate the <companyname>IBM@phrasee.co user with this application to assign the Access permissions. When you click “Add Account Access” you will get the following screen. Here you will select the Application and User you created above. Once you have clicked Add you will receive an email with the final security key.

Once complete you should see a screen similar to the below but with the <companyname>IBM@phrasee.co user and the Application you created.
